Chippy Vase

Inspired by fish and chip shops with checkerboard floors and bright, enticing colours. This smiling fish can be seen on takeaways all over the country.

Chippy was exhibited at the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair, October 2024.

Functional, water-tight. Separate checkerboard box stand is not connected.

Stoneware, wheel-thrown vase, sitting on hand built stoneware and porcelain box base.

Measures approximately 10” tall by 8” wide.
